I recently went to look at these apartments. Wow. I'm excited to move in. I was helped by Taya ( I think that was her name) and she was so helpful and nice. We've been looking at apartments for awhile now, and believe me, those that have helped us have NOT always been very nice! I had the opposite experience here. She was cheerful and really knew her stuff because we asked a lot of questions! I am excited to call this apartment, home!!!

Visited Harvest while searching for a new place, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Taya was amazing and helped answer any and all questions we had! The units looks beautiful and clean, and the grounds are kept up and maintained! Would suggest anyone look into living here! 10/10 experience!

Taya and her team work so hard! I was ready to leave harvest after the last management teams screwed me over, but Taya has really turned my experience around. She is so professional and kind, and really works hard to answer my 9 million questions as quickly as possible. I hated the old team, so it has been a great change to have people who are competent and on top of things, even while so many things have been changing.

I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes over the years, and the Kairoi management team has made Harvest my favorite place to live. The entire management and maintenance team, especially Whitley, Wyatt, Austin, Fabian, and Carlos, has always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever I've needed anything. They genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. The property is always clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate the community events they put together throughout the year. These extra efforts make a big difference in the resident experience. I'm truly thankful for the positive experience I've had here and for the kindness, support, and dedication the Kairoi management team has shown throughout my time living here.

Whitley was amazing to work with, she explained pricing clearly, showed me multiple units, and was very patient with my indecisiveness. On move-in day, I realized Iâd applied for a different layout than I expected (my fault), and she went above and beyond, showing me more units that day and helping me switch to one with all the features I wanted, updating the lease, and getting it cleaned so I could move in just a few hours later. Iâve had a great experience at Harvest Apartments so far (about a week). The buildings are clean and well-maintained, with lots of natural light and nice views. Amenities are great, and the location is convenient with easy highway access. Overall, a great place to live, Iâd recommend it.

Iâve truly enjoyed living at Harvest Apartments. The amenities are great and well-maintained, and the location is in a safe, peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything. The team also hosts fun monthly resident events with great prizes, although I havenât attended due to my schedule, itâs such a nice touch and makes it a great place to be. Wyatt has been very helpful with any queries, and Duncan has been just as supportive. There are a few areas for improvement. Weâve had a couple of maintenance issues, especially with the garage doors and elevators. The payment system occasionally had glitches, and the management transition from Greystar to Kairoi was a bit chaotic. During that time, there was a backlog of fees, so we received several monthsâ worth of charges at once. However, things were eventually sorted out. Overall, itâs been a wonderful place to call home!

Iâve lived in Salt Lake City for three years and have moved every year because I couldn't find a complex that got it rightâuntil now. My previous experiences at AVIA and Liberty Gateway were disappointing, ranging from rude management to serious maintenance negligence (like leaving broken glass in my kitchen and then arguing about the responsibility). Harvest is a complete breath of fresh air. Iâve been here for five months and haven't had a single issue. The management team doesnât feel like a rigid "administration"; they feel like friends and neighbors. They are approachable, flexible, and put genuine effort into our monthly resident events. These aren't just thrown together; they are meticulously planned and offer a real chance to connect with the community. I also want to highlight the cleaning staff. They are incredibly diligent, professional, and always greet you with a smile. Itâs clear they take pride in their work. If you are looking for an apartment where you are treated like a person and not just a rent check, I highly recommend Harvest.

Moved into Harvest Apartments a week ago and very excited to live here. The move in process was rather easy. The management is very attentive to make sure everything runs smoothly. Duncan helped us with our move in and was very helpful and professional. If we had any issues they were taken care of immediately. The apartment was immaculate. We chose a ground level loft apartment and it is so bright and open! Great amenities on site and many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend Harvest Apartments!

Harvest has been amazing to live at for the last 2.5 years and having just recently renewed im looking forward to remaining. Like any luxury complex, there are always the highs and lows. I would have to say under the new management of Kairoi the apartment complex has undergone many great improvements. From an increase in community events, to maintaining communication with residents, and improved maintenance. Overall residents are friendly and welcoming easy to converse and get to know or simply say hello to. Great community structure all around.

From day one, the community has felt welcoming, safe, and well cared for, and it truly feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I especially want to give a big thank you to Duncan â heâs amazing and always ready to help with anything you need, which really makes life here easier and more enjoyable. Iâve lived at harvest since October of 2025 and have loved it. The old management was good and the new one is even better, so much so that Iâve decide to resign my lease and continue living here. The property team is fast, responsive, and reliable. Not to mention the lengths they go to to make harvest a fun and inviting place live by setting up community events like candle making classes, yoga sessions and my personal favorite, the FriYay sips. Melissa and I just moved into Harvest Apartments and itâs been an awesome experience so far. From day one, the staff has been genuinely helpful and easy to work withâespecially Duncan and Wyatt. They made the move-in process smooth, answered every question we had, and have continued to be super responsive any time we need anything. The building itself feels clean, well cared for, and the design/decor is modern without trying too hardâreally comfortable and welcoming. The amenities have been a huge bonus too. The common areas are great for relaxing (TV lounges, firepits, and plenty of seating), and having BBQ grills, a pool and hot tub, plus a solid fitness center makes it feel like youâre getting perks youâll actually useânot just ânice on paper.â Weâve also been impressed with maintenance. Theyâve been quick to fix things and communication has been clear the whole time. Itâs always easy to get ahold of the team, which is honestly rare these days. Location-wise, itâs hard to beatâclose to Temple Square and all the downtown Salt Lake attractions. And inside the apartment, itâs surprisingly quiet. We feel safe here and really happy with our choice. Highly recommend Harvest if youâre looking for a clean, modern place with great staff and amenities.
