Duncan’s detail oriented approach with touring me around the property to Wyatt helping me pay my rent when i was having issues. And lastly Whitley, i have never been to an event at harvest without KNOWING it will be so fun, especially knowing she is the manager. if the team sees this… THANK YOU

Moved into Harvest Apartments a week ago and very excited to live here. The move in process was rather easy. The management is very attentive to make sure everything runs smoothly. Duncan helped us with our move in and was very helpful and professional. If we had any issues they were taken care of immediately. The apartment was immaculate. We chose a ground level loft apartment and it is so bright and open! Great amenities on site and many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend Harvest Apartments!

Harvest has been amazing to live at for the last 2.5 years and having just recently renewed im looking forward to remaining. Like any luxury complex, there are always the highs and lows. I would have to say under the new management of Kairoi the apartment complex has undergone many great improvements. From an increase in community events, to maintaining communication with residents, and improved maintenance. Overall residents are friendly and welcoming easy to converse and get to know or simply say hello to. Great community structure all around.

Absolute amazing team! From the tour with Duncan to working with Wyatt, everyone was great and the residence is gorgeous. 12/10. Don’t settle paying high prices for average apartment when you can move here

I’ve been living at Harvest for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. From day one, the community has felt welcoming, safe, and well cared for, and it truly feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I especially want to give a big thank you to Duncan — he’s amazing and always ready to help with anything you need, which really makes life here easier and more enjoyable. The property is well maintained, the apartments are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant. I’ve enjoyed living here so much that I plan to renew my lease again next year without hesitation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live with an awesome community and supportive staff.

I recently moved into this property. I love it! The apartment is very spacious, modern and I love the back splash in the kitchen. Ive really been enjoying the outdoor lounge areas as well. The property manager Whitley has been wonderful, so helpful, informative and quick to respond. It's nice having a property manager that actually cares and listens.

We have been living at Harvest Apartments for over a year now, and my wife, our small child, and I truly enjoy living here. It’s a comfortable, peaceful, and family-friendly place to call home. The location is very convenient and quiet, which is especially important for us as a family with a young child. The management team is excellent — always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any requests. The community offers many great amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a jacuzzi, and cozy relaxation rooms. Everything is well maintained and thoughtfully designed for residents’ comfort. We highly recommend Harvest Apartments to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant place to live.

Helpful and responsive staff, fun community events, and super clean common areas inside and out!

I’ve lived at harvest since October of 2025 and have loved it. The old management was good and the new one is even better, so much so that I’ve decide to resign my lease and continue living here. The property team is fast, responsive, and reliable. Not to mention the lengths they go to to make harvest a fun and inviting place live by setting up community events like candle making classes, yoga sessions and my personal favorite, the FriYay sips. If you’re looking for a nice quiet, safe and friendly community, this is the place for you.

Melissa and I just moved into Harvest Apartments and it’s been an awesome experience so far. From day one, the staff has been genuinely helpful and easy to work with—especially Duncan and Wyatt. They made the move-in process smooth, answered every question we had, and have continued to be super responsive any time we need anything. The building itself feels clean, well cared for, and the design/decor is modern without trying too hard—really comfortable and welcoming. The amenities have been a huge bonus too. The common areas are great for relaxing (TV lounges, firepits, and plenty of seating), and having BBQ grills, a pool and hot tub, plus a solid fitness center makes it feel like you’re getting perks you’ll actually use—not just “nice on paper.” We’ve also been impressed with maintenance. They’ve been quick to fix things and communication has been clear the whole time. It’s always easy to get ahold of the team, which is honestly rare these days. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat—close to Temple Square and all the downtown Salt Lake attractions. And inside the apartment, it’s surprisingly quiet. We feel safe here and really happy with our choice. Highly recommend Harvest if you’re looking for a clean, modern place with great staff and amenities.
